Homemade Chipotle Mayo
This is a very easy way to adds some flavor kick to burgers, sandwiches, fries, fish and more with ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.
- 1 batch mayo
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- salt to taste - I usually add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Store in fridge till ready to use for up to one week.
